About Lukas Oppermann

My name is Lukas Oppermann, I am an interface & information designer currently living in Berlin, Germany. In 2005 I founded my web agency veare to offer user interface design and web development as well as information and corporate identity design. Developing user interfaces and web pages I especially focus on usability and user experience design. I have worked with clients in different areas of business and been involved in projects for both, individuals and international companies. Planning, designing and programming web pages I built up expertise in creating easy to understand user interfaces supported by high-performance programming solutions.

As a member of the ic! berlin marketing and design department I experienced the introduction of a new, rapidly growing company into a highly competitive market. Later on, being employed at BMW Corporate Identity Department in Munich, I had the chance to take part in changing the corporate identity of an international company. Together with a great team I worked to apply these changes to every level of communication.

Most of the technical skills needed for my work I acquired while pursuing my bachelor of arts. These include a proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Cinema 4D, HTML/CSS, PHP/MySQL and Javascript/Processing. I enjoy applying my skills to personal as well as professional projects, like others enjoy their video games. This sort of love for my work allows me to commit all my passion to your project.
